Zbrush Practice
I have finally found time to create a sculpt in Zbrush, the base model took me 30 minutes in Maya and the high sculpt took between 2 to 3 hours. I used Zbrush uv master in unwrap the three pieces. I then normal mapped and baked them in Maya.
